Boss Rush disconnection

I got disconnected during boss rush before it ended (first time that this has happened in any kind of content), lost the rewards and ticket, and somehow it still completed the welcome challenge (1340 purple engraving chests). https://i.imgur.com/pYcHVtT.jpeg for proof I guess.

Is there a way to contact support for a refund ticket? The amount of mats and mostly, the gems that you get from this is insane, they can check the logs and if they want I can send my performance logs or whatever, but all I can remember is that there was a lagspike when the bosses spawned in one of the rounds, and “cannot connect to server” and some code appeared on the screen, I tried to reconnect, waited the 2-3min that one has to wait to open the game… And pressed launch, it didn’t matter, because after all that loading, it said that I was still in a loading screen in the hall of sun, so I was still in boss rush, but once it loaded, and I see my character, I disconnect again, and again, and the third time, I was no longer in the same loading screen, I went back to Kalaja which is where I queue’d up for the boss rush, and there are no rewards, nor did it complete the guild quest that we were on for boss rush, and somehow it completed the welcome challenge. Did I just lose out on a weekly quest, guild quest and all of the rewards?

What gives?

Do I now need to get lucky again, or do you actually get 1 ticket per week? (I was watching stuff on the side, and paused it when I crashed, just in case, but it didn’t matter)

This issue seems to be something really specific which we don’t have “troubleshooting steps” and I do believe requesting an escalation with our developers might be the best option.
