I selected the Tier 3 Boss Rush ticket but was awarded the Tier 2 Boss rush ticket instead.
Could you kindly please help me with this?

i’ve tried contacting support and said they can’t do anything at a system level. is a dev able to help us swap out the tier 2 with tier 3 tickets?

Well you see @blondbear even says he accidentally have chosen the wrong one.
But sorry guys, that’s your mistake.
You really can’t be that self-centered and expect a developer(!) of the game to correct your mistakes.
Every game also contains failures. Learn from it and be more careful next time.

perhaps your time is better spent elsewhere… not sure what you are trying to do
the selector has tier 2 automatically selected and people may have genuinely thought they selected the tier 3 ticket. the tier 2 ticket is orange with a orange background while the tier 3 ticket is blue with a orange background - the cube ticket for tier 3 is also blue but with a blue background. if you ask me, the orange one looks tier 3 and not tier 2 at first glance. they are also called hall of silence, hall of sun - it’s not exactly the most clear. similar to how the honing books we got from events all say tier 3. regardless of whether people made a mistake or not its just a silly design flaw and mistake that can be quickly fixed.

What I’m trying to do is to tell this people that you made a mistake and you come here lying about something being a bug what was just your own fault not reading right before choosing.
That’s all.
And it’s rude to expect a game’s developers (not even support) to correct individual player oversights.

I really don’t understand what your problem is, are you trying to project? A lot of us genuinely made a mistake and we are ASKING if it could be changed/reverted, not forcing them to. It would be nice if they could, I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t take them much time or effort at all. If i bought a wrong product in a store, I could go back and refund it and purchase the right item, so why could we not do the same here? Especially if the item was completely vague in it’s description, naming convention and especially colouring. I don’t know why there always has to be that one guy who has to be such a stuck up a…hole.
