Kinda dumb that t2 uses blue leapstones and shards while t3 uses yellow. Weird huh, it’s like it’s setup to fuck people over.

and yet here you are appealing to your own ignorance by saying just because i didnt preemptively take a screenshot of myself hovering over the highlighted hall of sun ticket because i should have just expected a bug and thinking that makes you right? you know bugs can happen to some people and not others right? your own argument is completely predicated on the fact that you know there’s a chance it bugs out and you’re going to take screenshots before and after to prove that yours didnt bug. everything you’ve said so far has made yourself look like a damn fool out here just assuming someone is lying and then backing it up with a shit argument and being even more of an ass

Bugs don’t just apply to you. The game doesn’t revolve around you. Bugs don’t discriminate. If it’s coded to give what you selected 100% of the time, unless your brain bugged out, you won’t get something different.
From my meager understanding, bugs doesn’t turn on and off randomly like lag does. Sure, sometimes you need specific pre-req to trigger a bug, but I doubt you did anything different for a selection chest. If for any reason it bugged out at the time you using selection chest, it should bug out for everyone else too at that time.

Also, I didn’t assume you were lying. Notice I didn’t say 100% of players. I gave a modest estimate of 99.9%.

exactly right. bugs do not only apply to me, which is supported by the people that keep pouring into forums saying the same thing happened to them. maybe, just maybe, there are multiple people that somehow triggered the same bug?

you literally directly insinuated i was lying. i can - in fact - read, and i didn’t read wrong then nor now. not many other interpretations for ‘you have no proof … lying is a thing’. clearly there are a mix of people claiming a bug as well as those who made an unfortunate mistake. just because the latter is easier for you to accept because you cant fathom that the game could have bugged out doesn’t negate the plausibility of the former.

you said ‘99.9% sure everyone’, not ‘99.9% of players’. that 0.1% would be pretty damn screwed with you as a claims agent considering they’d need to come ready with screenshots and receipts just to even convince you its a possibility despite dozens of others claiming the same situation.

Saying that lying is a thing does not mean you are lying. It means you or others could be lying even if no one did. And many people pouring into forum doesn’t seem to be screaming bug. They admit they made and mistake selecting the wrong one and want it reverted. Even I feel that it’s a bit deceptive. Honestly the chest should just give you the proper tickets depending on the character who opens it.
Also, most claim agents require evidence. If you file for auto claim, but your vehicle is in mint condition and you don’t need evidence… You get free money? Where can I find insurance that dumb. Sign me up.
In terms of situations like this, obviously if you scream bug, it’s only reasonable that they try to reproduce it. If they have nothing to work off of and can’t reproduce the same thing, you shouldn’t be expecting much even if you are in the right. If they do, that’s nice and not something that should be taken for granted. However, if you can prove it and the bug can be reproduce but they choose to stay quiet about it… that’s a different matter.

Noone here is demanding it to be changed, we all know it’s our fault. We’re just asking if there is any chance that it could be changed. I don’t understand why people can’t just either not reply or just agree, what do you have to lose? It doesn’t hurt anyone at all lmao

Do you realize how many ppl just here on the forum were so click happy they fucked up and how much time it’d cost to fix that? I saw a post of them bringing back deleted characters and jumped on the bandwagon and am shocked they did it. To me, if you start doing that then we end up with CS not being able to help ppl that have real issues, but just ppl who can’t accept the consequences of their actions. That’s not toxic btw. That’s just life

So why can you do it for another topic and for us to talk about this you don’t want it to happen cos it didn’t happen to you. That literally makes 0 sense. Also how would it take ages for it to implement? How is giving us all another chest and deleting our items going to take long? That also makes 0 sense. My example that I put above is that if you bought the wrong product, you can refund it and get another product, would it not state true for this too? On top of that ALOT of other games do help their players with these sorts of issues because it does happen, and they do it not because they are forced to but because they actually want to help the players.

Same issue, ridiculous, had to find out the hard way by burning one ticket, and I MADE SURE I picked the right one, at selection menu.

Happened to me too, just keep your tickets in case they are able to swap them out. This was the most anticipated login reward so it sucks. Support put in a ticket for me so I think they might be doing something? Or I might get the same reply everyone else is getting.
