Same issue here, got T2 tickets instead of T3, doesn’t make any sense that T2 tickets look like Cube tickets for T3.

I had the same problem here: I selected the tier 3 ones, but the tier 2 ones showed up in the inventory. After upgrading my gear, my tickets disappeared from the inventory, as if they had been destroyed.

Sounds like a thread of people who misclicked - opened the chest at 2 different points in time, selected t3 BR tickets, no issues.

Same problem made sure it was hall of the sun tier 3 given tier 2 trash instead

Unfortunately I think they will not address this, community is leaned more towards the no help side because it did not happen on them. People will just use cold eyes to see this, very sad.
Most comments I see is to tell me to own up my mistake, I really wonder if they are such perfect people like they say, who will own up every mistake they make, and very careful in life.
For me I just don’t understand, if they did help the people on these thread, the result will be much more beneficial because everyone will think they are a great gaming company, even the ones who are against us will think so too.

I am also on this issue since the box was claimed for t2 instead of t3 boss rush tickets. Can the devs figure out a solution for this since it seems many people got affected by this?

Same issue here… i tried live chat and an email support ticket. Both told me to go fly a kite.

Im so choked… had a headache all day, couple friends asked me to come on and run the daily ticket reward with them. I was kind of tired and out of it and just hastily opened the chests, thinking that gold was boss rush and blue was cube. Then 10 minutes later realized they were both boss rush tickets, t1 and t2. So now I’ve got character bound tickets that reward life leapstones and t2 gems instead of the FAR more valuable t3 equivalents. It was an honest mistake, throw us a bone here please…

I hate trying to @Roxx but honestly can we please get an official response on this one? With so many people in the same boat? Is there really nothing that can be done? I’ve seen people just vendor them for 3 silver out of frustration… I feel like moving forward people will be more careful, but this was probably the most valuable daily login of the whole month, please help us. Both the live chat and especially the email support response were extremely vague and unhelpful, they almost seemed like they wanted to help but didn’t have the power or authority?
