Boss Rush Entrance Ticket Selection

Can’t they just add a vendor npc where you can trade your t2 boos rush tickets for t3 boss rush tickets would be a simple fix.

It’s quite unbelievable that this post has this many views yet not a single reply from a staff member… it’s like the response as MIA as the roadmap… I guess they’re just waiting for more player feedback

I assume they could but then people would abuse it by using their T2 chars and stack T3 tickets instead. They’d have to limit it to main chars only max 3 for a one time event imo. Tbh I’m just going to use T2 lvl 6 gems on my T3 1325’s since those are the equivalent to T3 lvl 3’s and then just take all the gems from T3 chars and put on main. I like the game but I don’t like the Customer Support. I’m sure hundreds of people have this problem and half of them will spend $20-$250 on the game and if they disappoint people enough, people won’t support the game. We lose gold, they lose USD. If it starts becoming like New World then maybe they’ll see the picture clearer.

ye making it a one time exchange is the best thing to do so ppl wouldn’t abuse it.

Same problem here, I don’t even know why t3 character can get bound t2 boss rush tickets.

I would also assume that it is because of the weekend and we won’t get a reply until the weekday.

Don’t mean to disappoint but that is most likely not the case, they are just waiting for this topic to sink, and no one will remember. At this point I’m already okay with the loss, but as a cost of owning it up, I really hope they respond us to how are they going to prevent this, what method they would take if this happens in the future. Getting no response at all gets me quite worried that this is going to continue in the future, it will cause something more than just boss rush tickets. Keep in mind for those of you who feel this isn’t a big deal, because it is not only related to boss rush ticket, it is about AGS/SG is missing a method to recovery ANY type of item, whether its caused by them or us.

Every game usually has in-game ticket support, and they usually offer things like one time item restores per account.

AGS’ support is just garbage.

Well we could just not let the issue drop :stuck_out_tongue: it’s just a matter of endurance if that’s really all there is to it.

But yeah I don’t think they’ll do anything anytime soon. They don’t have to…

They won’t reimburse it even if it was their fault (DC from Argos posts). They’re ignoring a lot of people in the community in general so we will see how long that lasts until it backfires lol again if it’s something this small then I can only imagine what’s to come.

I spoke to a rep in chat yesterday and she said that they were aware of the issue and they had added my name to the primary ticket. Hopefully, they take care of it soon. Not a huge loss, but I would like to get those gems :slight_smile:
