I have lost 3 boss rush tickets already to this issue

Hope you are doing great and I apologize about this situation where you lost your rush ticket due to server issues.
I would like to point that for this situations we have an automatic system that refund the tickets lost to the players when there is in fact a servert issue or a inside error. Normally tales about 24-48 hrs to receive the ticket if this the case.

i’m happy to inform you that your system not allways work , i got server kick in loading screen to argos few weeks a go … never got the ticket back , got kicket from boss rush same story
its your automatic sytem not always work , and your respond with it is automatic too , just keep ignore the problem xd
