are you even trying to fight bots or did you just give up? just one look at the recent market sells sorted by highest amount shows you how persistent the rmt scene is and there isnt hard enough punishments from it

AGS doesn’t like to talk about things they don’t have official updates on. It seems they don’t want to antagonize the playerbase by repeatedly saying, “We’re aware but nothing new to report now.”
But they also say they want to do better at communication.
On the other side of the coin, if you ban 300k bots and the player count sits at 40-60k that’s probably not the best look for them either.
At least someone told them to stop flooding with cheap gold messages, normal, it’s Christmas and they want to sell the billions of gold they make as normal, thanks AGS or SG or whoever for telling them to stop.
Which does not take away from the fact that the infestation is disgusting, even if it is consented and necessary, if you remove the bots and RMTs (same garbage) would this monetary experiment reach 50000 players?
this game would not exist without the bots, it was seen in February last year, when there were a million players at launch and it literally disappeared the same month.

i guess their approach to the bot issue is to deter buyers by monitoring know bots, let them stay in system and ban buyers, its much cost effective that way, than doing a whack a mole game.
So what you expect? Weekly post like “Yes we Got bots”? Dont get me wrong.
no but saying they fight and do stuff against them but nothing happens is worrying,looking at charts,gold prices etc. is valid proof that nothing is happening at all
