I know it’s probably been brought up many times already but wanted to add my post to reiterate the issues and how bad it has become recently, to try to catch your attention.
I bought the Platinum founder’s pack and have been playing from day 1. From April onwards I’m sure majority of players have noticed the influx of bots. I have been seeing them everywhere, in towns, doing main quests, doing daily quests, in Chaos Dungeons and most recently we had a bot in Abyssal Dungeon, a Berserker with typical long letters bot name that has no cards equipped and no gems, does not respond to chat and afks the entire dungeon but gets the gold reward and immediately plays song of escape when done.
You just need to play the game a bit to really understand how bad the problem is.
I have been patiently waiting for every weekly maintenance to see some sort of effective retaliation or implementation against the bots.
Unfortunately to the contrary the problem only exacerbated. For the past 2 days after the most recent maintenance, I have tried to log on 3 times to my server Enviska each time met with 5000+ queue. This is unacceptable as it means I need to find something else to do for a few hours by which time I would no longer want to play, or it means I would go to sleep and wake up to see the character selection screen but I have also been kicked off due to afk. I have not been able to play at all recently due to the long queue times and if this problem persists I do not know how much longer I can keep trying before finally giving up.
