50% of the population of the game still are BOTs and that is why AGS does not want to stop them. Its all a numbers game, if they get rid of the BOTs which is an easy solution they lose all those subs numbers and what will the quarterly reports look like then? 98% of the BOTs warp to areas why dont AGS hone in on this issue with there EASY to cheat program and insta ban anyone that warps. They infest all regions and tiers of this game. Sad in t3 when you see everyone moving to last boss of chaos dungeon ooops and look at that 10 ppl are already past me fighting the last boss and I was the first one to move towards him, hmnmmmm AGS honestly it is ENTIRELY your fault. AGS should be banning 10k accounts a day at least and a fix for the teleportation should have already been in place 3 weeks ago as everyone was reporting this issue 4 weeks ago. All back to the numbers game with AGS they ruined NW and now they are trying and succeeding in ruining Lost Ark

Steam doesn’t require phone # to make new accounts, just email so it takes less than 1 min to keep making new accounts.
EAC doesn’t prevent much nor does AGS know how to use it so bots are going to free hack/tele hack/1 shot hack and abuse their way through the game.
And like you said maybe they just want to bolster player number, but one of the worst things is that because of bots it’s hard for them make T1/T2 honing faster like people want because it would also mean the hundreds of thousands of bots will just insta-T3 and ruin the market even worse than they ruined it now.
AGS also can’t compete with the 50 cents or whatever they’re charging, so they’re losing a ton of customers to gold sellers regardless if the buyer gets banned because it’s so cheap and fast to slam up to T3 again when you have 50k+ gold to start a new account off with.
