Hi, I would like to ask if there’s a work around for clown’s on Chaos Dungeons? I meant bot yes.
I’m wasting a “wasted time” and “Aura of Resonance” which replenish in a day.

I have like 9 characters to hit chaos dungeon twice per day, and today I encountered this bot that trigger’s me to post it here.
At “First Video”, seems like a legit player who just went afk. (Still Triggering, Troll, and Toxicity)
Then for “Second Video” as we progress thru the dungeon, I noticed the character’s behavior.
seems like 50% bot.
I did encounter 8times already with clowns like this, luckily this one accepted it last second. before they actually don’t.
After experiencing this, I do solo’s now days to avoid this kind of thing, specially my t3’s. but some classes can’t do solo’s like my “Paladin”. (tips for solo pally chaos dungeon runs?)
I’m really sorry about your issue with these players. In this case what you can do is to send us an in-game ticket requesting a ban with evidence attached. One of our moderators will take the case and they will make a decision according to the evidence.

i had the same problem with this, someone was not accepting the pop up for going to the next phase in the chaos dungeon and it was at the 2nd phase where we got the golden gate next
time eventually runs out and we failed the chaos dungeon, not only we were unable to get to the golden gate phase we also didnt get the 3rd phase which also took my aura so there goes my daily with 30% reward
the problem with this is, people are just trolling and the system let them, the system failed to prevent this because “warn” and “vote kick” are disabled in chaos dungeon.
they can do this because I believe their aura of resonance has run out and they are just doing infinite chaos dungeon which does not matter for them
if the system is doing this because it’s trying to prevent a party of 3 being able to votekick the other 1 whos doing it alone, then you should have not allowed a party of 3 to be able to matchmake in the first place

The problem with this is, they don’t AFK, they played but they just don’t press accept until the time runs out and we failed that run. How am I supposed to report someone while not knowing who is the one that is not accepting it intentionally?

and as I stated before, how can you report someone when you don’t know who is doing it
because there is only 1 who didn’t accept to move to the next phase
while there is NO ONE afk, as I said they did not accept it because they are trolling, but it does not show who is not accepting it, then the question is how can we know who didn’t accept it? to report someone I need to know who I should report, should I report all 3 of them and make the 3 of them banned?? surely not
all 4 of us were playing and slaying mobs, no one is AFK, the problem comes when we need to “Accept the pop up message to enter the next phase”
I am doing solo mostly all of my characters, except pally. I am having a hard time soloing chaos dungeon with it. tried few different playstyles, took some advices on YouTube, idk what I’m doing wrong. I am just bad on dps pally, or totally bad at game.
although I can forced finish it, with multiple deaths and taking a lot of time. maybe I’m used to my dps classes.
There’s a lot of people who kept pressing “refuse” and denies it.
there’s no way to know who’s refusing, because system don’t says it. all they say is " a party member refuse to move".
what else you can do about it?
You can’t warn and kick on chaos dungeon.
yes you report, what does it do? does it bring back my resonance instantly? nothing to be honest.
had an experience with 2 of my buddies, we queue for chaos dungeon and had random 4th guy. the 4th guy won’t press accept and denies it.
how do I know that the 4th guy is the one whose not accepting?
We live stream on discord to see if anyone on us is trolling, and I can clearly see both of e’m pressed accept.
in my opinion/suggestion it would be great if majority vote instead of all. yes there’s a issue, if you die and all 3 of them vote accept, you lose the loot. but again you’ll learn to play again with safety, not just brute forced it. or loots is accumulated and distributed at the end of Chaos Dungeon run. this is all idea. maybe its bad, idk.
or the ability to know who’s not accepting or refusing. and ability to warn and kick on chaos dungeon.

and here we are telling you that the system is failing us in this thing.
You CAN’T warn/kick
You are UNABLE to know which has not accept it
You are UNABLE to report as YOU DON’T KNOW EXACTLY who did not accept it unless when you joined you are in a party of 3 with your friends and hence know exactly that it will be the other one that is alone
and so we’d be very grateful if you can make sure this feedback from us is going to the right person for the game development and even make fast changes regarding this.
if your capability is to only ban players not preventing it to happen, I’m telling you that your job is very inefficient to our current situation, thus if you’re really trying to help us you will not let this feedback stop here.
