So today, saw a few bots doing their usual spamming stuff, and I wondered if it would maybe be possible to limit the number of words or characters you can use in the world chat (for example: instead of typing 20 words per sentence you can write 15 words.)
I know this can be frustrating for other players who did nothing wrong but it seems they always come back whatever you do to resolve the problem (and I’m not saying that the lostark team is not doing a great job already )

Alors aujourd’hui j’ai vu des bots faire leur truc de spam habituel et je me suis demandé s’il serait possible de limiter les caractères ou les mots dans le chat de monde (pour illustrer grossièrement passer de 20 mots à 15 par exemple) .
Je sais que ca peut être frustrant pour les autres joueurs qui n’ont rien fait de mal mais il semble que les bots reviennent malgré les différentes solutions proposées. (Et je ne dis pas que l’équipe de lost ark ne fait pas déjà un bon travail à ce sujet là )
What they need to do is ban a sequence of words like when W VV W dot is used in this sequence it automatically bans the account. No normal player would just happen to say this in chat and get themselves banned.
Key is to use keywords in sequence they use for banning.
EDIT; Yes they will keep changing the way to spell it up and you keep banning the sequence of ways they get around it and soon they have nothing.
Hi, again today received a letter from a bot and can’t delete it ‘cause there’s an object linked to it and can’t block it unless I go type its name each time I receive a letter^^’ . Has someone got a solution for this please?

/FR/ Hey, aujourd’hui encore j’ai recu une lettre d’un bot et je ne peux pas la supprimer car il y a une pièce jointe et je ne peux pas non plus bloquer l’utilisateur sauf si je vais taper son pseudo en toute lettre à chaque fois que je recevrais une lettre^^’. Est-ce que quelqu’un a trouvé une solution s’il vous plait?
