So i bought two character expansion slots. i only received one and the second one was received as a customization slot.
As you can see in the attached screenshot i still have 16/18 char extension slots (bought two)
and the other screenshot shows i only own 7 chars with no more extension slots
I dont know whats going on, of course support cant/wont change it, and i was told that i could not open a technical issue to the tech team, and was redirected to the forums.
Anyone has faced something similar?
