Bought a Legendary Engraving by accident

So today I got my first legendary engraving in a chaos gate map,
I looked at the prices when listing and it said one for sale at 1400ish, so I figured maybe I can sell it for more.

Unfortunately you can’t see from the listing item page how many are for sale let’s say at 1410 or 1409, I made a mistake by assuming I’m listing the item in the Item purchase page because its the only place that shows how many are for sale at more/expensive prices.

In my opinion there needs to be a change made to the market item listing area:

  1. Display all items for sale at different prices (engraving books)
  2. Change the untradeable after purchase font color to RED. as it stands its in the same color and doesn’t seem important but it is, I’ve seen similar posts recently with people making that same mistake.

If this can be reverted I’d appreciate it,

thanks, an expensive lesson to learn. at least it wasn’t a 14k engraving. it would have made me quit. so please pass it on.

I have made a mistake of buying a 9k engraving which i cannot sell back… IS there a way to at least make it so I could sell this engraving at the price I bought it?

I don’t think there is. Unfortunate mistake maybe you can at least make use of that engraving and buy/drop the remaining 19 over time.

I dont think i will make a Berserker. I already have 5 characters and If I continue the game my 6th will be a reaper.

it happened to me, bought ambush master for 4k, ended up destroying it.

Ambush Master might be usefull at some point. But a class specific one if you dont intend to play the class is just painful

I had already 20 as DB main, but bought one instead of selling and it was not tradable.

nope. making it untradable prevents buying low and selling high (reselling)

yes, indeed. Figured the reason why they made it. Its just hard to figure it out unless you make a purchase first… So you need to be extra careful when buying stuff because there is no selling if u made a mistake…

I have a friend that purchased 2 additional grudge books since he didn’t notice 2 went to the pet inventory…

Some items are tradable after purchase from the store. And this discussion’s purpose is to maybe convince you to share it with the developers and make a change.
