About 8 hours ago, just before the server maintanence, I bought 9 stacks of blue crystals for 230 gold a stack. This also shows in the transaction history tab in the in-game store, picture below. The gold was withdrawn but I never received any crystals. Product inventory remains empty. Customer Support said they had no way of helping and referred to you.

i’m sorry you’re having issues with blue crystals not showing even after a successful transaction.
Unfortunately this is a known issue and our DEV team is working on a fix as we speak.
In few instances after the transaction is completely it can take up to 24 hours to reflect in-game so i would request you to wait for some more time to see if it resolves the issue.
I would also want you to try some basic TS if not already starting with verifying integrity of game files on steam Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files and rebooting the game see if it made any difference.
If the issue persists contact us via live medium to escalate this by creating a ticket to our DEV team Contact Us | Amazon Games you can refer them this forum link and create a Ticket which will be escalated to our internal team.
