I bought both the Platinum Pack and the Gold Pack and only have 7k Royal Crystals in the store without having made any purchases so far. I had 11k earlier when I checked and suddenly 4k are just gone for no reason at all (150 Blue Crystals in the Screenshot are from leveling). I can provide whatever information is necessary.

Please try this troubleshooting to check if it is a visual bug.
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Force Stops Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
- Re-lunch Lost Ark.

I did all the steps you described earlier and nothing changed, don’t know if I am overlooking something 
I still have all the items from the gold founder’s pack, but I’m missing the 4k Crystals.
