Bought Vanquisher Pack about 7 hours ago. Haven't gotten it yet

I bought the Vanquisher pack around 12pm pst (not completely sure if that was the time) on Steam and I still haven’t gotten it yet. I haven’t claimed it and it hasn’t appeared in my store to claim. I got the 3-Day Crystalline Aura that was issued to everyone, still waiting for the pack. Please fix this issue.

Same issue here. Bought the Vanquisher pack from Steam when the servers were initially coming up but then it went down due to the chars being missing.
