I also thought I lost some Crystals after logging out but wasn’t sure if I was just going crazy… Less inclined to think it was me, now.

Was showing ready for collection yesterday however when I tried to the store timed out. Today it didn’t show up anywhere. Marketplace is working for me now (wasn’t properly yesterday).
Support says that they can see the pack in my inventory but without a claim date I am unable to see it anywhere in game.
Well - it seems they just stole our money with this packs…just like that…
sorry AMAZON SUPPORT says always “we see it and it is pending devs are looking” -
For god sakes if you see it just give us the item and solve the problem simultaneously.

11 days and you still don’t have it? What on earth are they doing?!
The worst thing is - i want to have this package like hell… and i would try to buy it through the ingame-shop instead of steam…
BUT i am not allowed to refund it…i will got banned if i do so…so i am stuck…
@Roxx @Sandovall @Valret can we get some official response on this? This is extremely frustrating and it seems to be getting ignored.

In this case the best thing to do is contact live support for them to check your account and if needed escalate the issue. Since this issue was solved is better to check your individual cases. I saw that some of you already contacted support, if needed you can share this post with them because we need this to be escalated.

Hi @aePixie thank you very much for responding! Most if not all of us here have actually already contacted the live support and they had us make a post here while our tickets are handled. However going this long with no word from anywhere does is a bit worrying.

this is exaclty what i did the first time…the first time i was told to contact steam support.
Steam tells me that everything is fine…i bought it, they got their money and it is correctly connected to my account. i was told to contact Amazon Games Support again.
Amazon Games Support CAN SEE that i bought the pack…but it is not claimed…it is “pending”.
As AGS told me i gave them a full report of my dxdiag, repaired the game, etc. etc. etc.
“OK we will give this problems to the devs” - Well it is day 12 now…Nothing happened…
Everytime i contact AGS all of them tell the same story “YES it is still pending, devs are looking”…
I was first on EU-Server “ASTA” with “Celduine” … i switched some days ago to “Punika” and created a new char…Played a few days…nothing in the box…yesterday i was frustrated and
contacted AGS again … “Still pending, not claimed” …
If everyone is able to see that we purchased it why can nobody just put this item a second time in our mailbox so that we can get our items? the devs can look into this problems as long as thay want from that point on and solve this problem … but i am very upset that nothing is happening…not even this problem is mentioned in the “Top Issues” … well it seems it is not a top issue if hundreds of players paid real money and did not get their items until today…

Even Starter Packs are now “gone” in the ingame shop …
Whelp my estimated wait of 3-5 working days has passed and no word from them. Best part is that I can’t seemingly get a refund. Seriously if it was a physical product from Amazon I’d have it already, somehow the delivery time on digital products is longer…
Edit: I just got the pack available for claim in my product inventory again. Hopefully you all did too.
