Hello, I accidentally purchased a character customization ticket instead of a character slot extension ticket. I have not used the item yet, so is it possible to have it refunded? I would really appreciate some help on this matter.

I understand you bought the wrong ticket in the cash shop. Unfortunately, single-use items aren’t eligible for the Courtesy Service. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Would it not be possible to simply delete the customization ticket and give me a slot extension ticket instead?
That unfortunately can’t be done either. My apologies. I would suggest you to be extra careful in future while making any purchase to prevent this from happening again.
