HI all i like to ask if the bound item’s is goin to be account bound
example the destruction stone fragment tire 1 bound
if not then make a trader that can upgrade them to tire 2 and then to tire 3
Example use 10 tire 1 to get 1 tire 2 and so on
and on tire 3 not and i have like 12k tire 1 that i cant use on characters
so my requst is bound to account or trader to upgrade.
