but this seems to be the part they are ignoring. People are frustrated and won’t wait forever. I guess they have calculated that the profit from drip-feeding is greater than the potential profit-loss from people leaving. 
If you’re not a Paladin or a Gunlancer main you shouldn’t really want to anyways. The legendary skins are nowhere near nice enough to justify the cost imo.
And no, the 2% damage increase is not worth it either.

I’m a Paladin main and I wouldn’t wear that skin even if someone paid me to. Why the hell would they give a red/black color scheme to a Paladin? It doesn’t even look good.
But it’s all personal preference, maybe someone else likes it.

I support the Yar and the Esther Event. There must be no boycott here. The gambling system has established itself in the MMORPG scene over the years for the following reason. Because players became less and less supportive of B2P, P2P and demanded F2P. The constant income in the B2P P2P area had to be compensated by gambling systems in a F2P format. It could also be seen that the accumulation of bots in the B2P, P2P of the time was far less than in Lost Ark. If Lost Ark had been B2P in the west from the start, bots would still have existed, but not on the scale we are seeing today. The predominant bot problem is the product of the F2P player. In this sense, a Yaz event is absolutely necessary for today’s gaming world, so that the trend we see today, for example Diablo Immortal, is more towards B2P P2P again.
At that rate boycott this kind of pay2win game fully, not just an item bruv

I support the boycott. It’s stupid to introduce such a blatantly one sided gambling system (well they’re all one sided, ever been the Vegas?) in a video game. For crying out loud, will people stop ruining games by monetizing stupid shit? And I bet they had plans to just release the skins at the standard 2,400 price then thought, gee, how can we ruin this?
Gambling Boxes is what nearly killed (debatable) EA’s Star Wars: Battlefront II. And they took all that stuff out! EA! They actually listened! What a world… the stat increases make me want to vomit, too. Not that I’m so upset about Lost Ark potentially dying from Smilegate’s greed, and Amazon Games Studios inability to communicate with its customers/player base and partner company… I have other games.
However, I do think LA is fun. And I’m boycotting because I don’t want to see it entirely go up in flames. It can recuperate from the burns its already suffered, but stopping Yoz’s Jars is a big step in that direction.

I wouldn’t care as much about these dumb gambling skins if we weren’t getting bottom barrel skins released slowly.
Release like 10 skins, can be the shittiest but just get them out of the way.
Not having all of the classes released for it is super awkward too, smooth brains in charge. Especially when they kept parroting that certain skins cannot be released because not every class has one made. lmao
For money though there’s always an exception to the rule.
