Bracelet buff icon display

Hi, I recently made a bracelet with the Rampage effect and I want to test it on my Surge Deathblade but right now there is no option to display any bracelet buff effects (expect when you’re in a group and they appear above the player’s hp on the party UI).

Is this possibly a bug, an oversight or am I missing something simpler?
