Brelshaza Gate 4 Entry Locked - No Raid Ticket

Hello,

I was doing Brelshaza raid with my guild group and cleared until Gate 3. But during Gate 4 I disconnected from the game. When I came back to the game, I no longer had access to Gate 4. I also checked my mailbox and did not get a raid fix ticket.

Can you please look into the issue?
