Since first week of Brelshaza raid I have constant freezes when red wipe mech starts in Gate 4. I have to restart the game client but of course I’m dead / useless to the end of the fight. It’s pretty annoying 
Any other aspect of the game works without any problems.
What have I done:
- lowered all graphic options
- turned off visibility of any spells from others
- check integrity of LA game files
- reinstalled the game
- changed 3D settings in NVidia Control Panel for these recommended for LA
And I’m stuck… Games still freezing in red wipe mech. Do you have any suggestions?
Tech specs:
Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @ 3.70 GHz, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

I’m sorry to know you’re having issues with a specific game instance.
I see all the troubleshooting you’ve performed so far, In case you haven’t done this yet, please check for updates for all your components and your operating system. In case this persists, try and rollback the graphics card driver to an older version and check if that helps somehow.
If the game still freezes, please contact us via support ticket so your case can be further reviewed.
Please create a DxDiag report and have it ready as the team can find it useful.
Here’s the seps for the Dxdiag in case you need it:
In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.
In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.
