Earlier today I ran the Legion raid Phantom of Astalgia “Brelshaza” with a raid party. We were at Gate 6 and I got disconnected. I don’t know if the remaining raid party members were able to clear the raid while I was still disconnected. When I came back I was already outside of the raid and out of the party. I tried to join another raid party for G6 and unfortunately I was not able to enter since my entry was counted on my previous raid run.
I’m hoping the support team can do something about this issue. I am extra pissed about it because I am supposed to get my “Phantom Legion Commander” title if I had cleared my raid today.
I also have a question if by chance I will be able to receive my re-entry ticket will I still be able to use it?. Since it will already be due past the weekly reset.
The issue occured about 5-6hours ago. server time 4:00PM-5:30PM Server time NA West. I’m not sure about the precise timeline.

Regarding to your question, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket
