Brelshaza no re-entry ticket

I did not obtain rewards for gate 6 as my character was not connected at the time the gate was cleared, and it still shows my weekly entry limit as exceeded. I was not given a re-entry ticket. The re-entry tickets are issued instantly and I’m quite certain I am not going to get one in the next 24-48 hours.

I’ve tried emailing support but there is no human who can review this. I am not trying to obtain a re-entry ticket as an exploit to try and re-do the raid. It won’t let me back into gates I’ve completed anyway (1-5), only gates that are still showing available (gate 6).

If I have a gate available, please allow me back into it, as I have not obtained rewards and the game clearly shows that.

Hello @footstepsonmyshoes

I hope you are doing well.

I’m sorry for the issue during the Brelshaza Raid. I understand that you want to continue the raid from gate 6 instead of getting a re-entry ticket. Unfortunately the re-entry ticket issuing system is completely automated and it’s not possible for us to take any actions from our end.

I would also like to inform you that if the automated system does not issue the re-entry ticket based on the disconnect, we won’t be able to issue the ticket manually. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please have a look at the below mentioned post for more details about the process.

Please remember:

  1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
  1. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I hope this helps. Cheers! :tada:

Can you please explain to me, what is the purpose of a re-entry ticket? What is it there to actually prevent?

If someone has a gate available, it means the game did not give them rewards or credit for it.

So the game takes your “entry count” as if you’ve finished the raid, knowing it did not give you rewards or credit for the finish.

It doesn’t make sense. If someone still has a gate available for a raid, then the weekly entry count shouldn’t be exceeded, bar the player entry, and require a “ticket” to remove. This legitimately hurts players who disconnected during a gate and logged back into a finished one. It’s not a good system, whatever it’s trying to prevent.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience @footstepsonmyshoes

The entry ticket is consumed as soon as the raid begins and if somehow the raid incomplete due to a server side issue, a re-entry ticket is the only option to re-attempt the raid as per the current system.

I request you to submit your feedback regarding the system through the Game Feedback section.

See you in Arkesia. :magic_wand:

To anyone reading this thread: based on your own personal experience, is there a chance I may receive a re-entry ticket after waiting a day or two? Or does this sound like I’m toast?

Unlikely but not unheard of. Though this depends greatly on the circumstances and generally if you have not received a ticket within 48 hours they would have to elevate your ticket to the developers to handle. Not something that they normally do on an individual basis. Usually that is reserved for larger issues that effect a large number of players. Unfortunately AGS does not have access to the system to grant tickets manually.

Note that if you got DCed and your party completed the raid without you - the game still counts that as a completion for you. This has been reported many times but has never been patched.

This problem is very common. Odds are high that you are toast.

Update: I received my ticket upon logging on after about 13 hours. Thanks, I am happy now.
