Hello, I got disconnected during Brelshaza raid gate 3, my teammates finished it, and now I couldn’t enter gate 3 and didn’t get any ticket. Can you please solve it?

Sorry to know about the disconnection issue.
The game has a system that detects these disconnections and if they were caused by a server-side crash/outage, players receive the re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max. Keep in mind this wont cover local network issues nor other causes of disconnects.
At the moment, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor their rewards, my apologies for this.
