The server went down as I was trying to claim the bronze founders edition chest. After logging back in the chest is gone and I don’t have any of the items (pet, etc.)
When I submit a support ticket it goes to Amazon Games but then they direct me to Steam Support since I purchased the Founder’s Pack there. But I don’t think Steam Support can help with this sort of thing
Hit, In game issues, something else, then either create a ticket or live chat
I am on this server , myself and about half of everyone playing during the shutdown last night have lost their main quests and are unable to restart them,
