As the topic says, the adrenaline engraving does not gain a stack when using the artillerist ability Flamethrower.

Flamethrower stack for adrenaline happens in the end of it, I believe you already knows this, but perhaps someone else can learn here.
Flamethrower mods, third roll, left side, speeds its duration to 2s, which helps keep adrenaline up.
