Questline [Awakening] Story of the Winds Left Behind seems to be bugged.
After talking to Shandi in Wavestrand Port quest says to return to Butler Ahnne ( Butler Hahn ) in WaveStrand Port, but the NPC doesn’t exists in the area.
I’ve tried to relog, change channel and also restarted the quest. Nothing helped.
