Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Global Chat window
- Lower opacity with the slider
- Attempt to raise the opacity of the window to 100%
Expected Result:
User can use the slider or click along the slider track to raise the opacity to 100%
Actual Results:
User cannot drag the slider past 77%. When user attempts to do so, the user starts to drag the window around. You can also click the end of the slider track to try and increase the opacity, but only by a couple percent.
