While I was doing my Tower(ShadeSpire) content I disconnected from the game and I couldnt get my some of the floor rewards.
EDIT: I FOUND MY ITEMS FROM TOWER IN THE “RED MAIL BOX ICON NPC” Please go check the NPC guys

this has happened to me with my guardian raid - it disconnected me before harvesting souls, and it respawned me in town and it wouldn’t let me queue again-can you not make it so it doesn’t count unless you harvest the soul?! it’s rediculous!
What kind of a response is this. I don’t understand. I did floors 1-43 last night and the server went down so I didn’t get to claim rewards. Thus I am missing the masterpiece/giant heart/skill potion.
Are you trying to tell me that my account is essentially bricked and that you have zero intention of helping the many people who will inevitably have this issue also over time?
I would understand if this was a minor thing, however the tower provides permanent rewards that are otherwise not obtainable again.
I had the same issue. I went up to floor 45 and DC. Didn’t get any rewards…
this JUST happened to me so are we going to just play the game at disadvantage now?like wasnt pay to win feature not enough? 
Edit: the rewards were sent to me by mailbox a few hours later which is quite fair.
