Bug : cards disappearing during pack opening

Hello,

I have an issue when opening multiple cards packs.

some of them are actuallly not added to my inventory.

here is an example.

Here I opened 5 orange card packs (random from unusual to legendary).

The window shows that I got 2 green packs and 3 blue packs however, only the 2 green packs have been added to my inventory and the blue ones vanished into thin air.

This has happened several times on my account and the issue is still there after restarting the game.

can you please take a look ?

EDIT :

After further testing, this issue seems to been only affecting blue cards.
they don’t appear in my inventory even if I open one pack at a time.

the other rarities are not affected.

check ur pet inventory, the dog icon in ur inventory, theres also a red dot to it
