My Character ‘Shavanna’ on Kadan is stuck in the loading screen, when i tried to enter fantasm island yesterday. As we had big queues yesterday at that time, i couldnt try to relog into the game. This is, what i did today, but i still have the same problem. Can you help me?

Sorry to hear about this problem with being stuck in a loading screen when trying to go to Fantasm Island.
People with the issue in other threads reported that loading into an alternate character and then back in with the character that is stuck can solve the issue.
I would also recommend running a Steam file verification beforehand.
If this doesn’t work, we can try moving your character to a different location (please close the game beforehand and let me know when you’re out), then running another file verification and going back to see if the loading screen gets stuck again.
