The bug:
When I purchased the honor shards random chests, honor leapstone random chest, and support honing materials random chest, it was indicated that a Gold Event Shop Token was included (see screenshot below). After receiving them in my inventory, I opened the chests and did obtain the first chest, BUT I did not receive any tokens, I still have only one token as before purchasing them…
Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could send me the 30 tokens that I should have received, or refund my gold and remove the materials. Without the tokens, it is not as much profitable, and I would not have bought them.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to the Limited Time Gold Event Shop
- Purchase the honor shards random chests, honor leapstone random chest, or support honing materials random chest.
- Once the chest is in the inventory, it correctly shows that it contains one chest and one event token so still no problem at this time.
- Open the chest.
- Notice that only the chest was obtained, and no tokens were received…
