Assistant Investigator quest in Origins of Stern Underground Market.
After entering password at terminal the door to the maintenance area does not activate. Cannot complete the world quest as a result. Cannot enter maintenance are to continue quest.
Completely stuck on character progress until this is resolved at the following quest step:
- Check Manager TSM MK-II’s record
Cannot access the area where the Manager is. 
Unable to abandon the quest as the option for abandon in quest log is greyed out.
