I just donated 110 euro on steam to purchase crystals ingame, when i go ingame to purchase them it says me purcahse fail. Any solutions please

It could be lingering instability with the store servers for EUC still if that’s your region. Hopefully a CM can answer you and give you more insight into what’s happening.
im also having an issue, i cant buy crystals right now, dunno if its because of steam 
at least u r facing the same problem and im not the only one 
hope this will get fixed by tomorrow or sooner
