Just ran the Punika dungeon Naruna hot springs on hard mode with a matchmade party, none of us received the reward chest at the end. This is a good bit of tier 3 upgrade materials to miss out on, especially for a one time thing. Is there any way this could be fixed/credited to our accounts?
