In the story dungeon “Naruna Hot Springs,” when you kill Seto in phase 2 (the bright colors phase), the loot drops on the floor, but the fight immediately ends and you are put back in the original area. This prevents you from picking up the loot. I did this on Hard Mode and now I am missing out on T3 Leapstones and Honor Shards I would have otherwise received.
