Hello,
This thursday I got locked out of my Oreha HM run on my Gunlancer.
I joined a Party Finder lobby and my team started the instance
Everybody accepted the prompt, but the lobby got stuck for some reason. Nobody could load into the map, even though the abyss raid quest had initiated
The party got disbanded shortly after and I was made the lobby leader
Upon trying to reload the instance with the same party, I got a prompt saying that my entry had been consumed.
I contacted amazon afterwards and was told that it could take up to a day before I would get my entry ticket restored; however, it has been more than 24 hours now and I’ve yet to receive one in my mail
I’ve taken pictures and some footage of the event log to show you what I mean.

I’m really sorry about the issue you’re having, in this case the entry is automatically reinstated in case the disconnection happened due to a verified server outage.

It’s been a 4 days since it happened now and I didn’t get a ticket.
What can I do to get this issue forwarded to someone with the power to help me?
As you can see in the pictures and the video, the raid initialized at 10:17… then that lobby bugged out and in the video a minute later it showed that it falsely consumed my entry ticket.
The system probably isnt developed to give the ticket back in those cases, because its a new bug. It’s 100% the fault of SmileGates, when someone can’t enter the Abyssal Dungeon (this bug exists since the beginning of the game). However usually the ticket is still there and you just reenter with a new group , but in the Oreha-Abyssal the Ticket got consumed for no reason. Also why the 3 players who get into the dungeon gets kicked out and ALL of the teammates lose their ticket. The system has holes and is not developed well. I know you cant do much but at least inform the developers, please. Many people lost their entry ticket because of a bug and the company is still ignoring this bug, while we are losing our tickets… Many players are affected of this bug. It’s not mine fault, when someone can’t enter the Abyssal Dungeon and that all of us gets kicked out automatically and we also lose then our ticket. I hope you guys can inform the developers
im waiting since 2 weeks, im just playing via matchmaking now (abyssal dungeons). They still dont recognize it as a bug or their fault, such a bad company ngl
