This problem lasts since 18days and is still not fixed.
When your first character skipped or did not complete the quests that give you skill point potions, AND arrived at the North Vern AND use the powerpass to your second or third, they showed all these quests are completed.
So when you go back to the first character and try to complete that quests, it says
“you already claimed that permanent attribute”.
However, all of your character’s skill points are 261 which means never increased.
In the game, go to Alt + D to check your status, there were no check marks on the skill point potion from the quests named;
Memory of Luttera
Wonderous Find
Who’s there
Wayward Son(ADDED) = 3 * 4 = 12 POINTS TOTALL YOU WILL BE LOST UNTIL BE FIXED
These are the FOUR quests that give you the skill point potions and can finish them before you get to North Vern.
So, if you did not complete these questions and used North Vern powerpass to other characters, you cannot receive any skill points for all of your characters.
I don’t have these quest names in the ALT+D window under Character Growth → Permanent Stat Increase - Skills. There is not a single one from the 4 quests you mentioned.

This is a BIG BIG problem and I’m very surprised it has lasted this long. I am in this boat too, I didn’t do the skill point quests on my main (planned on going back later for them). But F-me I used the reward given to me by the game to boost an alt…and presto chango I’m screwed out of those points seemingly forever.
