I completed the Oreha Preveza [HARD], bought the box and i don’t receive any itens, including the box don’t appear in my character inventary.
Please help 
How do you know you didn’t get any items? They look no different from normal items you get from completing the dungeon. Did you also not get the normal rewards? Also, you don’t get a box in your inventory; you get the items automatically when you buy the chest. It’s usually just some accessories and honing materials. If you look at your system messages, it will probably show you what you got.
Thank you for this reply, but I look at the chat messages, just show that I spent 500g. I took a screenshot.
I’m not sure, but the items above it for some reason looks very close to the amount I remember the chest would give. If you can check, can I see what else you got at the top? Thanks!
If you got leapstones and destruction/guardian stones crystals above too, those should be the regular drops and the x90 destruction, x180 guardian, x800 shard, and x4 leapstones should be from the chest.
Edit: I could be wrong, but I don’t think regular drop gives rare card packs. They should only give opened epic or legendary cards. The extra chest give card packs.
So I think you did get the chest reward even if it showed above the gold spent. I normally don’t pay attention too closely to that, so I can’t be sure if it’s always like that or not.
Check how many mats you get to craft leggy armor ?
I got only 9 Orehas Empyrean, I think the chest should give more, no?
