If u finished the quest [The Lyre of Love] before the challenge [The Fomona Island Lady] shows on ur welcome challenge, you won’t receive the reward 500 destruction stone(bound) and 1500 guardian stone (bound). You will never get the reward and finish this challenge because u have already finished it.
This challenge need player finish The Lyre of Love quest.
The Lyre of Love quest rewards the player with the island token when u finish it. I have the token which means I finished the quest but the challenge is unfinished.

Bro, I found the solution.
If your main character is male, u can use a 302ilvl female character to finish the fomona island quest one more time. Vice versa. The rewards can be claimed by your main character. The second attempt quest rewards are bound to roster so you can store them in your roster storage, and use your main character to open chests from the second attempt quest.
The reason it works is because the questline have two different version for two genders so go get you T2 materials.
