AFAIK about EAC, it has to do with the cheating software I think? Literally the only other software that I know of running on my laptop is spotify which would hopefully not be flagged by that software? anyways, I lost my ticket to hall of the sun which is very frustrating. I attempted to restart the game and went back to the character I was playing to see if somehow I could recover, but it threw me back into the hall of the sun and immediately gave the same error (can’t really remember what exactly the error said but it included EAC and “exit the game” and threw me again back out of the game.) I just would really like that ticket back as I could not redeem anything from it and I was not doing anything against TOS… spotify was the only other program running. very frustrating if this program flagged spotify as cheat software when there are bots galore still running around freely.

There are still some issues with EAC causing occasional disconnects / crashes, those reports have been passed on to the team for investigation.
As for your entry ticket, unfortunately the system does not reimburse personal disconnects / crashes. The system is explained in more detail below. I hope that helps.
