Bug with honing

  • Item Level 1340 to 1370:
    • Honing Success Rate - 100%
    • Honing Material Discount - 60%
    • Leapstone Discount - 60%

This patch was supposed to make honing rate 100% right? I have a friend that is only at like 50% not 100% going from 1345 to 1350

okay so it was percentages by 100% not by a total to 100% thank you!
