For whatever reason this is only happening on one of my characters. I cannot select this weekly una’s task and the error states that the quest list has not yet refreshed. Tried relogging, etc. No issues on any other characters and I only have (2) weeklys accepted at the moment.

I move your post from the French section to the English section. 
Unfortunately we speculate this has to do with the weekly reset having been shifted to Wednesdays now. Assuming you did those weeklies on Wednesday, it technically counted as already done for this week. Similar thing happened for chaos line repeatable quest, stronghold, and guild quests.
I have the same issue with PVP weekly quest. Also guild pvp quest. It doesn’t show available bloodstones as a rewad. As it has been completed already?
