Has you talk to 3 npc’s in Scraplands. Can’t get past the dialog “There’s so much intelligence to process.” from any of the npc’s.

I ended up getting it but not going to give up who it is just try combos of thing theres only one with more than them 2 starting lines
Problem is all NPC highlighted give only 2 dialogue options. Am I missing something? Quest marker says “Find X” - is it correct?
There is more than 1 NPC to speak with, you may have to complete a cut-scene before being able to speak with all of them

in case more people need to figure this out, it is the npc milla, you need to play around with her chat options, when you found the right ones the quest wants to go back and report

So once you talk to all 3 npcs… go back to Milla
then ask “Do you know Sabel?”
then “Why are you using past tense?”
then “Theres a note that you might want to see”
Boom your done

I’m stuck as well. i can only speak to one of the npcs. i’ve interreacted with him as much as I can and the quest marker wont go to another npc
