I was trying to build rapport with Neria quickly to finish my traveler’s journal and I had just unlocked Gustavsen’s Holy Water, so naturally I gift it to her and here’s what happened: since then when I try to interact with her it displays that I must complete the previous level of the rapport quest if I want to give gifts/ express emotes/ sing. This makes it impossible to progress further with her. I even tried making a new character to progress through and complete her quest, but no dice, still bugged.

Same issue here, stuck on amicable level 2 and can’t do anything for her.
Same issue, I also used the Holy Water and I’m stuck on Amicable 3
I have the same issue but might have solved it.

I have not gotten my kindness to 50 yet, but I hope that was the problem.
The box that pops up when talking to Neria about the quest is confusing.
Have the same problem, when I try to do a emote or chose a gift.
It whrite.

I was able to progress after getting my kindness over 50, so it seems that was the issue.
There is a requirement of Kindness 50 at one point, but this is not the problem a lot of people are having. I am stuck because I gained a lot of rapport at once (Gustavan’s Holy Water) seems it jumped me past a rapport quest.
