[BUGS] NA EAST: GALATUR - Main Quest Missing and Cards Not Equippable

Pretty much what the title says.

-My Main Story Quest has disappeared from my log and I have no quest markers on my map.

-I have 3 Cards in my Card Catalogue, but none of them are showing up as equippable on the Deck menu.

NA EAST
GALATUR sever.

-other people on my server are saying the same thing in chat.
