Same issue here. What’s odd is that sometimes it fixes itself without doing anything special. I’ll start entering the store for now, but that’s annoying and shouldn’t have to be done.
I’ll try @AoEnwyr 's fix and make sure xbox controller profile and xbox advanced profile are installed (without second one being checked).
Just happened to me using my switch controller. Pressed “B” to skip a cutscene and B button no longer works. I went to the character select screen and back and that fixed it. Going to force it to happen again and see if the “Lost Ark Shop” page load works.
I have never skipped a cut scene, but this happened during an attempt to excavate while being attacked and then switching between combat and life skills. I couldn’t recreate it when I tried again, but thankfully I read through the comments here and was able to fix it by entering and exiting the shop.
Still happening and you cannot even open the shop during the Powerpass. So if it happens during that you just can’t use 2 abilities for the remainder. Can we please atleast get this acknowledged as an issue? Losing 25% of your skills due to a bug is really bad.
Having the same issues, I use a Razor Wolverine V2 Chroma. Happens way too often and slows down progress, especially since my dash is hotkeyed here and when doing instances it causes me to be slower than everyone else.
So far, I have leveled a (Deathblade) and (Sorceress) to around level 25 each and never had the issue.
This started to happen to me when I changed my class to (Striker) and (Sharpshooter) and I noticed it seemed to happen during (mini boss or boss) fights that had a cutscene between them.
For those of you experiencing the issue on this forum, can you post the class type you are using? It may help delineate specific class issues versus just being on controller.
Been having the same issue, and frequently. Thank you so much for the f4 cash shop in/out fix. I’m playing a Gunlancer with a regular XBox One controller.
Same issue, quite often. Using shadowhunter on PC with xbox one controller.

I encountered this very issue as soon as I got introduced to gathering skills at Lakebar.

Same issue, just bringing it up like everyone else. For me, it seems to only occur post final cutscene during a dungeon, doesn’t trigger elsewhere in open world or even during dungeon interims

same issue, LT+B and LB+B stops working but gets fixed by a cutscene or death.
+1, happens a few times a day, sometimes I used the affected skills on keyboard (E/D), will try the F4 fix.
Same issue, temporary fix tho: unplug your controller and plug it back in. Should fix it temporarily.
I have the same issues as described in OP post, only difference is that im using a ps5 controller, and it happens mostly to my B LB etc and its quite literally baffling that we have to deal with this shit.

It seems to be a problem with B also being bound to skipping cutscenes.
I changed my Start button to open the Menu which also seems to act as pressing ESC on the keyboard, I now just spam that to skip scenes instead of B and it has so far not caused me any issues.
