I am starting to see that RMTers are just getting Lvl 10 gems to buy gold. I mean its not hard to get lvl 10 gems 6 months into the game. The rmters just group up all their gems and then come crying to the forums that they got banned for selling a lvl10 gem. its quite a great way to hide your cheating ass and come crying to forums and yell innocence, ngl
PS: if they do get away with it they can just buy all their lvl 7 gems back with the rmt gold.

yeah I’ve known other people that got banned from having large direct gold trades. Something in the system is flagging that.

I still don’t understand how a player is supposed to know where the gold that another player is sending or giving them , came from. It’s a policy that’s just stupid on its face. I mean I don’t even have the resources or the tools to begin researching where someone else who I don’t know got their gold from. So now if you put something up on auction house and somebody buys it with rmt gold and that gold makes it to you then what you’re screwed? Just another reason why people are leaving this game in flocks and droves
If we follow what roxx is saying = STOP bussing since we cant know where the money come from.
And go sell lvl 10 gems at 150 000 gold each and perfect accessories at 100 000 gold, even if its rmt money there is no problem you wont get banned.
This whole banning innocent players thing Lost Ark has going reminds me of the Internet Historian Fallout76 video where Bethesda is just shooting wildly trying to ban the cheaters. “DIE CHEATER”

Seems all he could do is submit a bug report.
This clearly a bug and should be resolved quickly.
We shouldnt have to write appeals to have our accounts unbanned due to false ban due to a bug, I also shouldnt have to write multiple appeals and fourm topics, videos, ect to expose this bug and still have to deal with having my 2600 hour account banned for a week an half now.
I tend not to believe these kind of posts. But pretty much a part of your gold or your friends’s is RMT. I understand that a big part maybe of it was hard earned but that doesn’t matter even if a little part of it is from RMT.
I guessing my case is being hidden, as its exposes how they are banning and so RMTERs can use it to get around the system, Unfortunately if i want to get any results at all. I need to bring attention to this issue as the appeal system is dog water.
I’m sorry to hear that at @moraine1. Unfortunately, @bmkerr963 is correct, I can only gather bug reports and submit everyone’s (game-related) feedback.
I dont know if you work at amazon or not, but if you can actually reach someone on moderation this will be a huge help.
I am still fighting this ban for over a week and im personally at wits end and im prob just going to quit the game, I received my GDPR data and there is nothing contained in it that said i received gold by mail or anything, So either this evidence they spouting doesnt exist or they are hiding it from me when i requested all data dealing with my account.
